I have been undergoing Invisalign with Dr. Held. I had originally undergone braces with a different ortho, but later in life had bite issues, headaches, noticeable misalignment in spots, plus I have a narrow pallet that she has worked diligently to make sure I am happy with every step of the way (aesthetics, bite). She asks MY opinion often, trusts me, listens to me, and vise versa. She is easily one of the best communicators and business owners I’ve ever met.

She is full of knowledge and wisdom. She is creative with her treatment plans and won’t stop until the patient is 1000% satisfied.

Her office is always calm, quiet, relaxed and never busy. You always get her full undivided attention at your appts. I am fully confident in my decision choosing her as my ortho.

As we come to the end of my treatment, it is bittersweet as she truly is a blessing to be around. She has great character, morals, and class. You can absolutely trust her and feel comfortable around her.
